fluxbox mouse wheel workspace switcher

aright so i have fluxbox, and i really like the mouse wheel workspace switch tool, but it has a major flaw for me. basically for every "click" my mouse wheel goes through, fluxbox goes through TWO, not one workspaces. it makes it really hard to change, say, from workspace one to workspace two, or from three to four, or whatever... i have to make the mouse wheel move *really* slowly, and stop it in the middle of a "click."
does anyone share this problem? i looked through the fluxbox docs and couldn't find too much on it, but it's a pretty "open" piece of software, and i figure with a little foolin around i could customize it to make it work better for me.
any ideas?
thanks
spencer

I don't know what can be the problem you tell, but you can disable desktop wheeling in the config menu, just unmark the option and use the arrows of the taskbar to change desktop.

Sounds like your config for your mouse is set up wrong, the rate might be too fast for your scrollwheel. Try to find a config designed for your mouse specifically, and see if that fixes it.
