Flash player and Linspire 5.0

Anyone managed to get Flash working on sites requiring it eg:Cnetv with Linspire 5.0 and Firefox 1.5? Can't seem to install it from the downloads on Firefox's plugin page. Or Java for that matter.

I thought Flash was available via Click n Run on Linspire?

Flash 6 is included in Distro,Flash plugin in CNR doesn't work with any sites at all,customer support said have to wait till v6.0 released,which will resolve Flash,have Firefox and Thunderbird as default instead of Linspire(Mozilla)Internet Suite.

both flash and java are available via their respective websites, complete with instructions, i never get either from the repos, i always get em from the sites, they're usually a cinch to install.

Flash 6? 7 is available like i mentioned 8 isn't
