FBPANEL -- python errors can't install app help

I'm setting up this other HDD via external usb connection, I'm in it right now running it and I installed this on my Dsitro (VOID) (the OS on my internal hdd-Laptop) and set it up in openbox, looks great, so I decsied to install it on this install of the "external USB Void Linux OS, but on this one it is giving me this error, and I cannot figure it out. it is python and that snake just confuses me.

it is the same install distro, so I know that I just do not have whatever it is missing on this one installed, and I surely do not remember every sticking package I installed on mine.

(side thought rsync or somehow just cloning mine to this external hard drive. just the OS / partition and hope that'd actually work)

but in leu of that thought what am I missing to get fbpanel installed?

Code:
%mike@voidz fbpanel-master>>$./configure
