Eterm Dependency Problem

I am trying to install Eterm-0.9.2-4.i586.rpm

But I get the following error :

error: failed dependencies:
imlib2 is needed by Eterm-0.9.2-4
imlib2-loader_jpeg is needed by Eterm-0.9.2-4
imlib2-loader_png is needed by Eterm-0.9.2-4
libast.so.1 is needed by Eterm-0.9.2-4
libImlib2.so.1 is needed by Eterm-0.9.2-4
libttf.so.2 is needed by Eterm-0.9.2-4

I have the following:

imlib2-1.1.0-1.i386.rpm
imlib2-loader_jpeg-1.1.0-1.i386.rpm
imlib2-loader_png-1.1.0-1.i386.rpm

But when i try install imlib2-1.1.0-1.i386.rpm
I get the error:

error: failed dependencies:
imlib2-loader_jpeg = 1.1.0 is needed by imlib2-1.1.0-1
imlib2-loader_png = 1.1.0 is needed by imlib2-1.1.0-1
imlib2-loader_argb = 1.1.0 is needed by imlib2-1.1.0-1

So I try to install imlib2-loader_jpeg-1.1.0-1.i386.rpm
I get the error :

error: failed dependencies:
libImlib2.so.1 is needed by imlib2-loader_jpeg-1.1.0-1

Is there a package that I can download that has EVERYTHING that I need ?

cheers

No, that pakage does not exist. You have to download and install all dependencies. AFAIK, you only have to meet libast and Imlib2 in order to get Eterm work.
You can also try to use the tarballs if rpm does not work.

My idea would be to use aterm instead.

Enjoy!

Personally, i conpiled imlib and evas and all that from scratch. If you go to enlightenment.org you can find out lots of information on how to build eterm and Enlightenment's other applications from scratch. just remember. if A depends on b which depends on C and D, which to compile first. I will say that compiling imlib is not an easy compile (read the directions carefully) so it may not be a choice for those are not willing to carefully read the directions carefully.
