Question Errors during Installing mailx program ....

I trie to send E-mail from my recently installed Xubuntu server using the following command:

mailx -s "test mail" rakesh@kuc01.kuniv.edu.kw < /tmp/test.txt

I got the following message:

The program 'mailx' can be found in the following packages:
* mailx
* mailutils
Try: sudo apt-get install <selected package>
Make sure you have the 'universe' component enabled
bash: mailx: command not found

I tried from my machine (rakesh-desktop running xubuntu)

rakesh@rakesh-desktop:~$ sudo apt-get install mailx

The following messages appeared:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
mailx: Depends: liblockfile1 (>= 1.0) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: postfix but it is not going to be installed or
mail-transport-agent
skype: Depends: libqt4-core (>= 4.2.1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libqt4-gui (>= 4.2.1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

I followed the instructions & tried the following:

rakesh@rakesh-desktop:~$ sudo apt-get -f install

Now the following messages appear. I replied Y to questions where it gave me option to reply Y.
