Question Enlightenment basic configuration

I am somewhat new to linux but have figured out plenty about Xfce, Fluxbox and other window managers. I am working on Enlightenment now and wondering if if there is a file similar to initrc for it.

For instance, is there a file that tells enlightenment where to look for possible backgrounds, or do I have to copy all of my existing backgrounds to the ~/.enlightenment/backgrounds/ folder?

Thanks in advance.

Jim
