Unhappy Empathy :(

I am having trouble in conecting the empathy . Its offline for all accounts .
while debugging these are the logs

(empathy:5425): folks-WARNING **: Failed to reach quiescence normally (0 backends and 2 persona stores still haven't reached quiescence). Forcing IndividualAggregator quiescence due to reaching the timeout.

(empathy:5425): eds-WARNING **: edsf-persona.vala:1376: Problem when trying to normalise address: The IM address 'xxxxx' could not be understood.

please help me out. I am using dial up and for this I have even uninstalled my network manager . I read somewhere that empathy use network manager to check for internet. rest all applications are connected to internet.
