Editing PDFs

I have some PDFs with about 200 pages of scanned text in each. The pages are yellow and were scanned in crooked. I want to clean up the PDF files. What software can I use?

I do not have experience with this... but I suggest you check out <a href=www.imagemagick.org>imagemagick</a>. It is a command line image manipulation program, which means you can easily process all the files in one command.
I am not sure it can manipulate pdfs, but you could always convert them to postscript first, with pdf2ps.
