Easiest way to upgrade KDE 3.5??

Hello everyone! WOW is Linux fun! A headache and a half sometimes.. but when you begin to think like it.. it becomes easier as you go along. What I need to know is... what is the easiest way to upgrade to KDE 3.5? I am using Mandrake 10.1 community with KDE 3.2 I was told that I can use a package called apt-get? Is this a good recomendation? Or does anyone else have another or better idea? I am looking for EZ in all of my linux experiences. Thanks.

Have you searched the forums before posting?
This subject is a recurrent one.
Use the search feature at the top of the screen, type in 'upgrade KDE' or 'apt' and you will get a bunch of posts about this. If after that something stays unanswered for you, re-post with a more precise question.
Apart from that apt-get is good but I have not the time to explain in more details there.
