Device Recognition Using USB 2.0 & 3.0 Need to Be Much Higher

We are looking for a developer:
To extend device recognition of UBUNTU or any other OS from 127 drivers-a USB 2.0 spec limitation- to many more. As of now UBUNTU's device recognition using USB 3.0 is even fewer than 127. We need device extension recognition for both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 increase substantially.
