Question deploytool window size - too big!

Hey,
I'm using deploytool with J2EE 1.4, and I can't see the whole window. No matter what state it is in (maximized / normal ) it goes over the task bar so I can't click on some buttons on the bottom of the deploytool window that I need.
I'm using Ice, but even if I try KDE it still does the same. I have been playing around with the preferences file in /etc/X11/icewm/ to try to force programs to stay above the task bar, but this hasn't worked. My monitor resolution is: 800 x 600 - but I can't make it any bigger because it would run at only 60Hz.

What can I do to solve this problem?

note: Other windows don't try to display themselves over the task bar with my settings (e.g. Mozilla, amsn etc.)
