Dansguardian install error

I used apt-get to install Dansguardian, chose to unpack it, but it failed to start. This is in Mint 18 with to separate installs on the same HDD. The old one has it successfully. Should I try again with YUM?

The read out said it couldn't start it, was it not enough space designated. Or already installed. I lost my copy of the read out.

Hi...

I'm not sure if I can help with this but for those who might, please try to start Dansguardian in a terminal and post any results. Also, Mint is Debian/Ubuntu based, it doesn't use YUM.

Regards...
