Creating RPM Package without sources, building etc

How do I create an RPM package without specifying Source, %build, %install etc tags? The sources and the build are done using a different process and only want to copy the required files from the build location and create package.

RPM document only mentions about using "make, make install" kind of procedure to copy.

I'd imagine you just leave those steps out then.

Good info over at: http://www.rpm.org/RPM-HOWTO/
