CPAN mirrors

Hi all

I'm going through some step's to install webGUI

one of them is installing CPAN and Perl

found the mirror web site for CPAN ok

http://mirrors.cpan.org/

how ever the mirror I picked is 7+ days behind does that matter ? lucky it had the image menu or I would be still wondering why to the small image at the Current HTTP Status:

http://mirrors.cpan.org/showmirror.c....ilisys.com.au

So i pick these

Please enter your CPAN site: [] http://cpan.mirrors.ilisys.com.au/
Enter another URL or RETURN to quit: [] http://cpan.mirror.choon.net/
Enter another URL or RETURN to quit: [] ftp://ftp.oss.eznetsols.org/cpan

ALL three sites failed, is there away to add them in or was I correct in typing the URL

I picked the three clostest to where I am.

when editing the list again with the command
o conf urllist push ftp://myurl/

is it like so

o conf urllist push ftp://to_what_ever_site_i_find/

where does the config file sit on system because I cant find it

TT
