Console question. Need help.
I need to edit my Xconfig but I can't get into X. So anyone know of an editor that most likely is already installed so i can read/edit in console ?
Running Redhat 7.3

vi, pico, and jed are a few that may be installed.

vi or any deriative of vi like vim or the such will always be installed as a base package in most cases, etc.

If you don't know how to use Vi/m, try nano. It's an EXTREMELY basic, very easy to use text editor.
