Color Management in Linux

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me how do I color manage my environment in Linux (calibrate monitor, choose Adobe RGB 1998 as color space in GIMP, etc). I'm running Suse 9.3.

Many many thanks,
Goran

I can't say I have experience in any of this. Yet I can point you to two interesting pages:
- The "links" project has a web page for calibrating the screen:
http://atrey.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~clo...libration.html
- The "scribus" project is about DTP, and does color management, using the libcms library. I'm sure this library is used by other software:
http://www.scribus.net/

Yves.
