how to upgrade libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3

hi guys,

server: Cobalt raq 4

i just purchased nettracker 7.5 and when i tried to install it i got the error:

./ntinstall: error in loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

i've heard that cobalt machines can't be upgraded - is that true? i found the following files on in /etc/lib:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1.1M Apr 9 2002 libstdc++-2-libc6.
1-1-2.9.0.so
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 470k Apr 9 2002 libstdc++-3-libc6.1-2
-2.10.0.a
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 414k Apr 9 2002 libstdc++-3-libc6.
1-2-2.10.0.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 30 May 12 2003 libstdc++-libc6.1-
1.so.2 -> libstdc++-2-libc6.1-1-2.9.0.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 30 Feb 6 2002 libstdc++-libc6.1-
2.a.3 -> libstdc++-3-libc6.1-2-2.10.0.a
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 31 May 12 2003 libstdc++-libc6.1-
2.so.3 -> libstdc++-3-libc6.1-2-2.10.0.so

can someone please advise me how to upgrade libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 without screwing up the server??

thanks for reading this,
disorderly
