I've googled this until I couldn't stand it anymore. Every link is a university link and you need a password and ID to download it. I checked on here, and either the links don't work anymore or now they require passwords as well. Does anyone know where you can download this without being a student?
The Cisco client is available only to "subscribed users"--presumably those who have a contract with Cisco for the server side.
Several Linux distros now have a VPN client included. If you know all the passcodes, you should be able to use one of these. Start by using your package manager to see if VPN is available for your distro.
