"speed=4"

You may be trying to burn at too slow a speed. Both CD-RW drives and media have speed ranges that they are capable of recording at. The speed that you are trying to burn at must be within the ranges of both the drive and the media. In general, the media have a more restricted burn range so if you have a speed problem it is probably with the media.
