cannot open .eml attachments in mozilla mail and thunderbird
Hi,
I have been trying to open .eml attachments (mostly forwarded emails) in mozilla mail and thunderbird (and also evolution) on (redhat and fedora) linux but without success. I have googled a lot before posting this message but I have not found any solution to this problem. I have enabled View --> Display attchments inline (that also does not solve this problem). When I double click on the .eml attachments a new blank mail window opens up and that keeps happening as I keep double clicking. The real forwarded attachment never opens up. I have been able to open them with no problem at all with M$ Outlook on Windows.
I have been facing this problem for ages and have not been able to find a solution yet. Any help would be gratefully received. I use Mozilla 1.7.3 and Thunderbird 0.9 on Fedora 3.
