Can Mint Run Debian Sid Packages?


Can Mint download and run Debian Sid packages?

Such as the ArtistX range?

Maybe, maybe not. Take a crack at it. Worst you can do is trash your system. At best, it'll work perfectly. No way to tell without trying it.

In the long run, you'll learn not to mix .deb packages from different distributions, but sometimes it works perfectly.
