Can I edit the LILO setup?

I have my dual-boot set to auto-boot into windows, which is a huge mistake. This is because this makes it easier to just use windows, as its running as that most of the time, whereas if I were running linux automatically, I'd use that more. So, is there a way to edit the lilo setup?

edit /etc/lilo.conf and change "default=windows" to "default=linux" (use whatever labels you already have). Then run "/sbin/lilo -v"

Open"/etc/lilo.config" in a text editor and change the line "Default= DOS" to Default=Linux. Save it and in a root terminal run "/sbin/lilo". If you get no error messages, reboot.
