cacti installation

Hello Forum,
I am trying to install cacti on centos 7 but I am getting a blank page when I use a browser and try to access http://ip_address_of_server/cacti. No error message. But I get the testing 123 message when I use http://ip_address_0f_server. what could be failing me?

Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. Based on what you posted, we have no way of being able to help you...you've not given us anything but very basic details.

What do your log files say? How did you install/configure Cacti?? Best guess: you didn't configure Cacti correctly.
