Bookmark Organiser

I need a program that can organise/edit/delete bookmarks. I have several bookmark files that I would like to merge and delete any old or duplicate entries and be able to save then back to one bookmark file. Is there such a program out there. Maybe a database mysql or something similar.

you can export all the files thru FF and then open them on text editor merge all the contents(remember to remove header from all but one file).then import it back to FF.
