alternative to lotus organiser

I am getting ready to use Linux, and hopefully to eventually dump Windows. I presently use Outlook for calendar, to do. notes, addresses etc. although I actually prefer Lotus Organizer. Can anyone recommend a suitable free (as in beer) program to use with linux? Thank you in anticipation.
