tomyboy LQ Newbie Registered: Jun 2007 Posts: 1 Rep:	binfmt error when installing RHEL on v40z Hi I've just installed red hat on a v40z. However, I get the following error messages: kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k binfmt-464c, errno = 8 kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k binfmt-464c, errno = 8 kmod: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k binfmt-464c, errno = 8 What does this mean? I'm an absolute newbie with regards to Linux so I would appreciate all the help I can. Thanks! Sashah sashah76@gmail.com
