I have interchange, mysql, perl and apache installed and running.
but the links from interchange page (customer entrance and admin) return interchange server unavailble.
There's an awful lot of info at http://www.icdevgroup.org including FAQs, howtos, mailing lists, etc... You've been through all this info and still haven't had any luck?
