Another Mozilla Thread

I'm a newbie to linux and to mozill, and I can't figure out how to configure what my third mouse button does (I want the button to go back one site in my browser history). I searched for posts on the third button or mozilla at linuxquestions.org, but I only found two threads. One had no responses and the other looked outdated for my system (it mentioned editing a file I don't have). I'm running RedHat 9 and would greatly appreciated any help.

In Mozilla 1.4, go to Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Mouse Wheel

And I'm assuming by third button, you mean the middle button, or the button function of the mouse wheel.

regards...

Oops - by third mouse button I meant thumb button, which is probably considered the fourth mouse button.
