After i installed cpanel, and when it said "install complete" I tested out the install, and got an error that states "no space and tab are allow" pointing to /etc/hosts file, (How is that file suppost to look like?)

Second: the server does not respond to my correct password, and when i rebooted the server, the screen went black. and error reads:

The time I installed CPanel , I had the same problem , I googled a lot and found that the CPanel change into the many configuration files , and changes many binary files ( I duno if it is correct or not ) and then I tried to uninstall it , and the only solution was : format and reinstall your distro!!!

You can use other pannels like ensim or plesk
