Adobe Acrobat Reader fonts

I've been importing windows fonts to KDE and changeing some small things to make reading it easier, but Acrobat Reader still looks horrible. How can I change it to make it a little more friendly?

Just to give you some extra info:

I've imported windows truetype fonts (Arial, Verdana, Times New Roman) and KDE is already looking much better although still distinctly 'foggy'

However, the GUI of acrobat reader (not so much the text itself is crappy to say the least.

Should switch to another program? Any positive experiences or otherwise wellintentioned help
