Simple: fix your program.
Since you don't tell us ANYTHING about your system, hardware, version/distro of Linux, Apache, Python, or even the name of your 'web application', what do you think we'll be able to tell you? If it was running correctly and now it's not, then what changed? If it's never worked, you need to post the code and provide details, and we may be able to help.
