Question What are some cheap server boxes?

What are some cheap server boxes? Are there any boxes that a normal computer power supply can be used?

Thanks for any feedback

the first question I have would be what your requirements are.
What does this machine need to do?

I have "servers" that are just basic desktops, and I have
real servers hosting enterprise grade applications. It really
depends on what you need to accomplish.

Just a simple flat server. It will only hold motherboard, 2 hard drives, and powersupply

A "flat server"? Do you mean you're looking for a rackmount case?

Or is that a typo for "file server"? For a cheap file server, you can use any computer case. Some computer cases are better than others, of course. For a file server, I would consider hard drive cooling airflow a priority.

Rackmount and cheap do not go hand-in-hand.
