Ubuntu 6.06 server configuration file


I want to compile a new kernel under this release of Ubuntu. usually I just use the original kernel configuration file ".config", but after searched through /usr/src I still can't find it.

any piece of suggestion is appreciated, thanks.

/boot/config-`uname -r`
