Tproxy squid issues


I configured tproxy with squid 2.6 then still there is no change to the speed of the web accessing squid did not change any thing to my network then service squid restart is ok and ok when I use tail -f var/log/squid/access_log only I can if some wrong tcp connection was made the server will deny please help me
