SubVersion Configuration Problem

I have configured one repository under /root/myproject in one system and also i have configured another repository in another machine under /root/anotherproject. Now i want to merge the two repositories. The two projects belongs to same organization and located in different locations. Can anyone help me how to work on working copy because i am very much confused with working copy because sometimes the import is working and some times it is not working. I want stepwise solution how the working copy checkout, modify, import, commit, add, delete, merge the branches and trunks, dump, filter and also i want to know how to configure the apache web browser to access the svn server through browser.

With Thanks and Regards,
Soni.
