SVN subversion configuration

I have configured one repository under /root/myproject in one system and also i have configured another repository in another machine under /root/anotherproject. Now i want to merge the two repositories. The two projects belongs to same organization and located in different locations. Can anyone help me how to work on working copy because i am very much confused with working copy because sometimes the import is working and some times it is not working. I want stepwise solution how the working copy checkout, modify, import, commit, add, delete, merge the branches and trunks, dump, filter and also i want to know how to configure the apache web browser to access the svn server through browser.

With Thanks and Regards,
Soni.

You may wish to look into alternative content control systems such as mercurial or git, as these allow such tasks as merging repositories and creating local branches.
I believe in the repositories, there are packages that handle importing SVN into them, though I don't know how they work having never used them.
Also, I don't know for certain if they can be exported back again, but that shouldn't be too had, my guess is.
