squirrelmail+captcha_php need to modify the login page

Hi all

now i started using captcha plugin in squirrelmail, at present it shows like logo , username, password then login and then a "CAPTCHA test is " and then the captcha image, if this kind of row is there, users are directly forgetting the captcha page and pressing login after the user credential details,

eg:
Squirrelmail for nuts logo

Name: _______________
Password: _______________
enter the captcha ___________
Login button

captcha display ___________________

is there any ways to move this captcha portion before the login submit button?
