Simple FTP Question

Hi
I am making a static site on a shared hosting environment with a band limit of 10000GB monthly traffic.
On that site i want to share all linux distros until monthly band limit finishes.

My problem is my home network only allows to upload limit to 100kb/sec to shared environment, so it takes one day to upload to one dvd to shared hosting.

I have another virtual dedicated server. I will download linux dvd's to virtual dedicated server and then upload to my shared environment to save time.

How can i upload iso files from virtual dedicated server to shared hosting via using ftp info of shared hosting? (bin/bash of Fedora 7 is used at virtual server)

You can do that with gFTP.

"gFTP also has a handful of useful extra features, such as the ability to directly move files between two remote hosts. To do this, you have to connect to one host in the right-hand window, then change to the left window (FTP -> window 1 from the toolbar) and connect to another host. Once you've made the connections you can initiate transfers between the two hosts."
