Hello,
I've got a Samba PDC. It works all fine, but I want to have a login for my linux machines like the login on the windows machines - This means a login over the samba accounts.
In the end I found winbindd, what seems to be a solution.
But trying to setup a windbind server with the documentation on
http://us1.samba.org/samba/docs/man/...n/winbind.html
it failed by using the wbinfo command.
wbinfo -u and wbinfo -g only shows the BUILTIN users and groups, but my domain is listed in the wbinfo --domains command.
the smbd/winbindd log says:
NOTE: Service users/groups is flagged unavailable
Perhaps, I need to change some flags?
Thanks for your help
