samba file permission & build_sam_account issue in samba

iam suffering a strange issue with mapping win user and samba file server ....
1> i created same account name & passwrd as window in samba server.and shared home dir of all user with permission
chmod 755 dir

i mapped Mydoc of win user with server to save their data in server.win user will save data in mydoc which get sync with server so data get saved in server.

with some win user share file permision is working file.means they cannot access other samba sharing dir.but some user after giving permission 755 can also access each other shared dir of samba server.this happeing with 10 user among 30....not all user this 10 user can access their data itself.

question is why? when i had given same permission to all shared dir.

2> when i checked on "samba user" on samba server setting to add user it shows "build_sam_accounts" in list of "Samba users" in CGI .

i searched and got pdbedit -L command

it show so many

"build_sam_account: smbpasswd database is corrupt! username [user] with
uid [uid] is not in unix passwd database!"

i check and commeted those user having error in /etc/smbpasswd

now "build_sam_account" user from server user not showing in samba user list

but user is still accessing other account...

what should i do..so that user can't access dir

Please use correct punctuation and spelling on your posts. I was not able to understand what your problem is.

You may want to post your smb.conf file (in [ code ] blocks). There are different databases which might be used depending on how samba is configured. Did you run smbpasswd to create Linux samba users for each Windows user?

If access is denied for some users, monitor the samba logs while attempting access. You may get better details on the problem.
Also check you smb.conf file. It may also block access to some services to some users.

The script is below that line. It is my signature, not part of a post.
