Question SAMBA File Permission

Every time i create a file in Windows through samba server
i will recieve a 700 permission. I look at the smb.conf the permission set is 755 and my umask is 0022 .. what's the problem?

You might try using

force create mode = 0775

in the [shares] section of your smb.conf file.
