Unhappy samba does not create "samba/netlogon" and "samba/profiles"


hi
hope u will be fine and ready to solve my problems

i have checked SUSE 10.2 in both (KDE+GNOME), its samba does not work,it does not create files else smb.conf
Fedora core 6.0 GNOME it some time creates the directories NETLOGON and Profiles, there is path in smb.conf "/usr/local/samba/netlogon" and "/usr/local/samba/profiles" but there is end on Local directory there is not creation of directory Samab,even...and the Fedora in KDE also has this problem

i also have manually created this link's directories as its sequence, and assigned 777 permissoins to them. but these do not working

what is this problem and what is the solution
