Hi,

Please let me know full procedure how to create RPM"S.

May I ask why you need to build an rpm yourself?

And here's another one: http://docs.fedoraproject.org/drafts/rpm-guide-en/. Mind you, this is Red Hat-specific, SuSE and others might address some steps differently. I suggest you fill in your distribution details in your personal profile to help get you qualitatively better or more specific answers.
