root's E-mail

I'm currently running WHMCS and I'm trying to pipe my e-mails in. However, the to address«root@host.com» is the same as the from address«root@host.com» which is leading to Blocked Potential Email Loop

The e-mails are being forwarded to admin@domain.com but they still keep «root@host.com» help?

Can you please provide more info about your setup? What mail servers are involved, what path does the email follow, and what mailboxes there are?
