Problems installing VMWare Server on CentOS 4.3 64bit

I am trying to install VMWare Server using CentOS 4.3 64-bit as the host operating system.

I get the following error when trying run the installation script for VMWare:
PHP Code:
The correct version of one or more libraries needed to run VMware Server may be
missing
.  This is the output of ldd /usr/bin/vmware:

linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0xffffe000)

libm.so.6 => /lib/tls/libm.so.6 (0x00ac3000)

libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x00abd000)

libpthread.so.0 => /lib/tls/libpthread.so.0 (0x00b30000)

libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0x00990000)
        /
lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x00977000
The hardware is an HP a1610n AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core. My assumption is that perhaps being a 64 bit operating system may be the problem...

Any ideas? If anyone else has had any luck with any other 64-bit variants of Linux then I would be glad to hear about that as well.

Looks like your missing a lot of libraries, particular X libraries. Are these even installed?

The problem was, as expected, that the 32-bit libraries were not installed and VMWare was compiled as a 32-bit application.

To aid others that might encounter the same problem, here is the command to install the appropriate 32-bit libraries:

Code:
yum install xorg-X11-libs.i386
