Problem with space on the /

I got the issue with the space on the /. When i type: df -h, got the following:
[root@MYBOX-01 /]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/vg_sewmill01-lv_root 36G 36G 0 100% /
tmpfs 7.8G 0 7.8G 0% /dev/shm
/dev/sda1 485M 51M 409M 12% /boot
/dev/mapper/vg_sewmill01-lv_home 12G 558M 11G 6% /home
/dev/sdb 5.4T 1.4T 3.8T 27% /mnt/sewmill

and the other:
[root@MYBOX-01 /]# df -i
Filesystem Inodes IUsed IFree IUse% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/vg_sawmill01-lv_root 2375680 26720 2348960 2% /
tmpfs 2040412 1 2040411 1% /dev/shm
/dev/sda1 128016 44 127972 1% /boot
/dev/mapper/vg_sawmill01-lv_home 741104 7350 733754 1% /home
/dev/sdb 366280704 765705 365514999 1% /mnt/sawmill

The problem is that if I count the size of all directories on /, it won't give me the 36G - 100%. No even close to that.

[root@MYBOX-01 /]# du -sh *
6.1M bin
41M boot
176K dev
21M etc
402M home
212M lib
18M lib64
16K lost+found
4.0K media
1.4T mnt - separate disk (in fact RAID-5)
4.0K opt
du: cannot access `proc/1663/task/1663/fd/4': No such file or directory
du: cannot access `proc/1663/task/1663/fdinfo/4': No such file or directory
du: cannot access `proc/1663/fd/4': No such file or directory
du: cannot access `proc/1663/fdinfo/4': No such file or directory
0 proc
88K root
9.7M sbin
0 selinux
4.0K srv
0 sys
12K tmp
487M usr
65M var

Something, somewhere went wrong.

Well, in fact, box has crushed due to the problem with the motherboard, which was replaced. It happend when I have tried to copy file (1.1T) from the other machine to thi one - to /mnt/sewmill/.

The things which I have tried before to fix the problem with space on SSD are:
- reboot the box - normal - no luck.
- reboot the box - with shutdown -Fr now - no luck.
- fix the problem by going into sigle user mode (init 1), umount /, and run fsck -cprf on that partition - no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas how can I claim my free space back on that SSD?
