No idea what you mean by "isolate ftp server". Instructions for setting up both proftp and vsftp on RHEL5 are VERY easily found with a Google search. Look them up, and follow them.

We'll be happy to assist you if you have problems...so post specific questions, and we can help. If you need greater assistance, you should contact Red Hat support, since you're paying for it with your RHEL subscription...right????
