Running Debian Lenny. My phpmyadmin won't load up. I get the following error entries in my apache2 error.log:

I have verified that the mcrypt.so does indeed exist in the specified directory. I don't understand the error about mcrypt.so, and the PHP Warning about module mysql already loaded in unknown on line 0. Line 0 of what file???
