php, ubuntu & no-ip problem

I was doing a search on google.com (well, also lycos.com, altavista.com and ask.com) all with no direct answers. We are running an Ubuntu Linux box and are trying to use php to send emails on one of our pages to us from the visitor. Unfortunately, we are using no-ip (because Comcast won't allow us to use our domain with their smtp server) and we therefore are required to specify the smtp server, a specified port number, user id & password. No-ip is a popular service and php is not a secret language. Where would I be able to find out what we need to do in order to send mail through no-ip's smtp server using php on our Ubuntu Linux server? If it's not possible, are there any other alternatives? Thank you for your assistance.
