You can't.
Linux is not Windows.

Samba includes a similar net command that works on cifs networks, but it doesn't have the same commands as MS net. If you have samba installed, check man net

samba is installed with "samba-3.0.33-3.40.el5_10.i386.rpm" and I found in documents that "net" command is available with this version.
after the installation I also started the samba servers.
-bash-3.2$ ps ax | grep mbd
18907 pts/1 S+ 0:00 grep mbd
20920 ? Ss 0:00 smbd -D
20923 ? Ss 0:08 nmbd -D
20925 ? S 0:00 smbd -D

But I did not find "net" command. After installation is there any special configuration required to enable "net" tool?

The net command is part of the samba-common package which may not be installed. If installed the command should be in the /usr/bin directory.
